1. Acceptance of terms

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are for the pack size shown against each product.
  • As dairy products are agricultural commodities, prices may change from time to time without prior notice; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
  • Product descriptions and images are for general reference; actual packaging may vary slightly.
  • We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Orders & order acceptance

Placing an order on this website is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may decline or cancel an order (in full or in part) due to stock unavailability, delivery-area limitations, a suspected error in pricing, or a suspected fraudulent or unauthorised order. Where an order is cancelled after payment, any amount already paid will be refunded as described in our Shipping & Refund Policy.

5. Payments

We accept payment by UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, and cash on delivery, where offered at checkout. Online payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card or banking details on our servers. Cash on delivery orders must be paid in full, in cash, at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping & refunds

7. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery details so your order can reach you.
  • Be reasonably available at the delivery address during your chosen delivery slot, or make arrangements for someone else to receive the order.
  • Use this website only for lawful purposes and not to place fraudulent or duplicate orders.

8. Intellectual property

The Shivganga Dugdhalay name, logo, and the text, graphics and layout of this website are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of the website to place orders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shivganga Dugdhalay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
